Providing excellent acoustic performance for the long haul, our systems are extremely durable and easy to install, with products available in sizes from 32mm up to 200mm to ensure all project needs can be satisfactorily met.
Good things come in threes
High performance comes from three layers of copolymer polypropylene with reinforcing materials in the intermediate layer, which is the source of their excellent soundproofing qualities and material durability. Covering this is an outer layer resistant to UV rays, weathering and impact damage. The inner layer is at once resistant to chemical damage and super-easy to inspect due to its white finish. When put together, it’s clear good things do come in threes.

Our systems are rated to 12dB when tested under EN14366, equivalent to sound insulation level 3. The exceptional soundproofing is assisted by special acoustic-dampening pipe fastening collars.
Not just a flash in the pan
Extremely durable and chemical resistant for conveying fluids, especially surfactants. Extra strength comes from the mineral additives in the moulded fittings.

The Perfect Seal
Our dB12 VOX Acoustic Waste Solutions are push-fit with a unique, co-moulded double lip seal fitting, making installation quick, easy and economical. The first sealing lip stops dust and dirt from entering the system, enabling the second lip (acting as a hydraulic seal) to remain constantly clean and protected. This bi-material seal, which can’t be removed, ensures a perfect vacuum seal reliable to 0.5 bar pressure, even during backflow, and total safety during installation.
