With such a focus on providing exceptional product quality and an unparalleled service offer for our customers, there was one key element that required attention. To bring it in line with the rest of Brymec. Our website.

It’s been great for buying products, for sure, but as you may know, we’re about far more than just selling products.

We wanted a website that worked as well for customers as all other interactions between us, and provided customers with an ordering and project monitoring solution that are unique to the sector.

The M&E building services industry, now and into the future, needs more than great products to thrive.

This is why we rebuilt our website, brick by brick. To add value in the most user-friendly way across our entire site.

We wanted to empower our customers to have total control of all project interactions with Brymec, and provide opportunities to learn, discover, interact, and converse, if they want to.

The original functionality of our website remains, but it’s now part of something far bigger.

We wanted our website experience to make it feel as if we’re both working in adjoining offices, in partnership, which is how we like to work.

The jewel in the crown is MyBrymec, our groundbreaking customer ordering portal which takes all the hassle out of managing ordering for projects.

A solution unique to the industry, with an intuitive, easy-to-use dashboard, MyBrymec is a one-stop-shop.

It gives customers instant access to project reports and all current and past orders and invoices, as well as the necessary product resources and technical information relevant to each project.

It enables you to assign individual and blanket orders at a project level with ease, get customised quotes based on specific project requirements, manage user privileges and budgets, approve or deny orders, and review spend reporting.

You can even set precise delivery locations with What Three Words, to ensure delivery to within one square metre of where’s it’s needed on site.

Signing up for MyBrymec is straightforward, as is reactivating current accounts or migrating existing work projects to the portal.
